1: Friday 30th January 2009
London (Heathrow) to Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Day 2: Saturday 31st January 2009
We depart after breakfast in four wheel drive vehicles for the Grand
Teton National Park. We will spend all day exploring the fabulous
winter scenery and wildlife such as Big Horned Sheep and Moose.

Day 3: Sunday 1st February 2009
We spend the early part of the day in and around Jackson where you
may wish to take a trip on horse drawn sleigh into the National
Elk Refuge. The remainder of the day will be spent around Jackson.

Day 4: Monday 2nd February 2009
We make an early morning departure for West Yellowstone via the
Teton Pass. We pass through Driggs & Ashton en route.

Day 5: Tuesday 3rd February 2009
After an early breakfast we depart in our personal snow coach for
our first visit to Yellowstone Park. We spend 8 hours exploring
the park returning late afternoon.

6: Wednesday 4th February 2009
After an early breakfast we depart in the snow coach for our visit
to Yellowstone Park. We spend 8 hours in the park.

Day 7: Thursday 5th February 2009
Before dawn we depart in the snow coach for the park to catch the
sunrise over the frozen landscape. 8 hours in the park

Day 8: Friday 6th February 2009
After an early breakfast we depart in the snow coach for our visit
to Yellowstone Park. We spend 8 hours in the park.

Day 9: Saturday 7th February 2009
Near dawn we depart in the snow coach for the park to catch the
early light over the frozen landscape. 8 hours in the park.

Day 10: Sunday 8th February 2009
After an early breakfast we depart for Gardiner driving north via
Big Sky, Bozeman and Livingston.

11: Monday 9th February 2009
If the weather is good we will visit Canary Spring at Upper Mammoth.
We will then drive towards Tower and the Lamar Valley exploring
the winter scenes along the way. Our final destination will be Cooke
City, high in the Beartooth Mountains.
Overnight in Cook City ‘Alpine Motel’
Day 12: Tuesday 10th February 2009
We spend the morning visiting a local naturalist who will allow
us to photograph the feeders he has set up to attract birds and
other wildlife. He will also inform us about the Yellowstone Wolves.
In the afternoon we retrace our steps to Gardiner.

Day 13: Wednesday 11th February 2009
We spend the majority of the day at Mammoth exploring the Main Terrace.
In the afternoon we will take a ride up to Jardine to visit the
old town and hunt for mule deer.

Day 14: Thursday 12th February 2009
We travel north to Livingston and then west through Bozeman to Three
Forks. Here we visit the headwaters of the Missouri River. We then
turn south to Ennis where we detour to Virginia City and Nevada
City to explore the old Ghost town. We then continue south to West
Yellowstone.

Day
15: Friday 13th February 2009
We leave West Yellowstone and travel south through Island Park to
Ashton. We then travel cross-country through Driggs to meet the
Teton Pass and our crossing into Jackson Hole.
Overnight in Jackson ‘Antler Inn’
Day 16: Saturday 14th February 2009
We depart for the airport to join our flight back to London. We
may find time for a dawn shoot and some morning photography depending
on departure times.
Day 17: Sunday 15th February 2009
We arrive back at Heathrow having lost 7 hours.
